Capcom managed to get its fan-base back after the over-the-top and trying RE6, with the horror-focused Resident Evil 7. The only hitch it seems is regarding DLC, as the long heralded free "Not a Hero" DLC was scheduled to arrive shortly after launch, only to be delayed indefinitely. Now, we have a little more information, alongside of a GOTY edition announcement.
Capcom has revealed that Resident Evil 7: Gold Edition is in the works for release in Japan on December 24, and it'll come with all of the DLC so far, as well as a new "End of Zoe" DLC and the aforementioned Not a Hero. The former will run you roughly 1,500 yen piecemeal, and the latter is still free, and will launch on December 14.
