Director Shigeo Komori has let slip to Famitsu that a new Etrian Odyssey game is in development for the Nintendo 3DS.
Komori confirmed the development of the new title during an interview commemorating the release of Etrian Mystery Dungeon 2 in Japan. He called the new project a "festival-like" culmination of the series.
