News::Experience tragedy above Earth in 'Adr1ft' next week on PS4

Adr1ft, the allegorical game about surviving in orbit after a space-station accident, makes its way to PlayStation 4 next week. Previously it was available on VR platforms like Oculus Rift and HTC Vive, so it doesn't seem like too much of a stretch that we'll see it land on PlayStation VR this fall as well. Not a PlayStation or PC owner? The Xbox store lists Adrift for a September 16th release date.

Microsoft proudly told the world last week that "Every new title published from Microsoft Studios will support Xbox Play Anywhere." That's now changed. The company drew ire yesterday after editing its blog post announcing the decision. But although the company did change the wording to "Every new title published from Microsoft Studios that we showed onstage at E3 this year will support Xbox Play Anywhere" (emphasis ours), it says it's not going back on core tenet of that promise.

Now, Nintendo is celebrating that community with "The Great British Splat-Off," a series of online tournaments that form part of "The Summer of Splat." Matches will be held over four weekends, starting on July 16th, to find teams that can compete in "The Splatoon Fan Fest" at London's Gfinity Arena on August 27th.
