News::Never Alone Stole The Show For Me At EGX, And A Little Bit Of My Heart Too

IM PLAYIN take a look at Never Alone, an upcoming indie puzzle platformer. "There are a ton of great games at EGX London this year, and a fair few of them are the big releases of the next year. So I guess its a bit strange for me to say that Never Alone has stolen the show, for me at least. Yet despite all of the glitz and glamour of the triple A titles, I cant help but feel as though my heart has been snatched by a wonderful little game. Its not often that I get this passionate about a game, let alone an indie game for that matter. But, somehow, I have been wooed, mesmerised and downright impressed by Never Alone."

News::Elminage Gothic - PC Review | Chalgyr's Game Room

Chalgyr's Game Room writes: I can preface this review by saying that Elminage Gothic is not going to be for everyone. This is an old school dungeon crawler in every sense of the word, for better and for worse. Where as similarly built RPGs like Etrian Odyssey have some gentler options such as the ability to map on your screen, or even more recent takes on the genre automap for you, Elminage wants you to break out graph paper and to fight monsters that can very easily kill your entire party. It reminds me of the older Wizardry titles, or Shining in the Darkness back on my Sega Genesis. It is a brutal formula and I love it.

News::Cannon Brawl PC Review| Gaming Enthusiast

Greg Bargas of Gaming Enthusiast reviews the RTS (real-time-strategy) title, Cannon Brawl. He writes: "Overall, the experience of Cannon Brawl is very fun. I found humor in the dialogue and addiction in the strategic gameplay. There are plenty of unlockables, whether it be characters, puzzles, or buildings to be found in your armory. The online multiplayer enough to keep you tied up in the arms of battle for either local AI or a human being. The game hosts a fluffy cartoon-like art style, which is palatable and fun. There are tons of weaponry and even a giant robot to smash your buildings to smithereens. The difficulty can range from easy to challenging."

The more armor you have the more noise you make the less you have the less noise you make. Also if you were to use a heavy sword you would do more damage and stagger, but a light sword is faster and does less damage.
