News::Geek Citadel - Dragon Age Inquisition Review

Kevin Jones - "The breach appears in the sky of Thedas and spills demons and ghosts into the world to terrorize the citizens. You wake up with the only weapon that could seal the breach attached to your hand. The breach may be the main problem, but there are other troubles to deal with across Ferelden and Orlais. The Templars and Mages are fighting to a standstill, The Wardens are missing, and the world is in general disarray with political indecision. Its time to form an Inquisition and take the troubles of the world in the palm of your hand literally."

News::'Dragon Age Inquisition' Review [Game Rant]

Andrew Dyce of Game Rant writes: "Boasting an open world that could only have been possible with brand new hardware (and years of work) and a story that illustrates the strengths and eccentricities BioWare has made their trademark, Inquisition is not only the most cohesive expression of the Dragon Age series to date, but without question one of the best games of this year, and one of (if not the) best open world RPGs in years."

News::Ur-Quan Masters Now Available in HD

Carl Williams writes, "Okay, who remembers the 3DO Interactive Multiplayer console? The one from the early to mid-90s that was going to revolutionize gaming with all kinds of things that didnt come true. One thing did come true on Trip Hawkens little console that he got everyone else to manufacture- we got one hell of a great game in Star Control II, brought over by Crystal Dynamics (the people behind many 3DO classics). This was space exploration/battles at its best and it was only on the 3DO (as far as consoles are concerned). Eventually the 3DO port was opened to the community and ported BACK to PC and called The Ur-Quan Masters. This port is now available in HD thanks to even more dedicated fans."

News::New Arkham Knight Trailer Breakdown

A new gameplay trailer has surfaced for Rocksteadys eagerly anticipated conclusion to their Arkham trilogy, Batman Arkham Knight, and it looks nothing sort of incredible. Check out the trailer here. Within the trailer are a multitude of new details regarding what we can expect when we finally get our hands on Arkham Knight. First of all, this new trailer just reiterates the fact that the game looks stunning, the lighting, fidelity and particle effects truly look next-generation. The fluidity and seamlessness is very much on show in the trailer, getting though vents is much quicker as weve previously seen and the transition for vehicle combat to the Arkham gameplay we know is impressively instantaneous. The biggest thing we can take away from this new trailer is how cinematic the game looks, the camera angles in combat move around and are focused much more on those critical finishing moves you can use against your foes. In terms of the foes, it seems Rocksteady has taken some...
