News::MangaGamer puts Shuffle! sequel Really? Really! up for preorder

MangaGamer has just announced that Really? Really!, the third sequel to the heart-wrenching Shuffle! franchise, is now available for preorder for a June 6 release. It's nowhere near the caliber of Steins;Gate , if my review was your first introduction to the world of visual novels, but it's a good bit of eroge and storytelling that you'll enjoy if you've seen the Shuffle! anime or have followed the previous games.

Shuffle! was a series I didn't feel too strongly about until the very end. Harems usually just don't appeal to me, unless we're talking Tenchi, but Shuffle! as a visual novel appealed to me in a massive way. I couldn't get enough of it, and I hungrily devoured it during my first playthrough. I've yet to play the second game, but given Really? Really!'s themes, which I won't spoil here, I might be inclined to give it a try.

Preorder Really? Really! here for $34.95 and let's gush about it like girls at a slumber party.

News::Inside the Indie Studio, with Cowardly Creations

Rely on Horror writes: A little over a week ago, Cowardly Creations released a trailer for their 2D survival horror game, Uncanny Valley. Players will control a security guard named Tom who is perhaps a tad too curious for his own good. Upon exploring the facility he works at, he begins to find more than he ever bargained for. Despite being busy working on the game, Cowardly Creations found time for us to facilitate an interview. I corresponded with Danilo Kapel (Composer), Tadej Kupi (Project Director, Programmer), Adam Sellerfors (Artist, 2D Animator), and Tim ibrat (Sound Effects). Theres a clear passion here behind all of these team members that I believe will be very obvious in the finished product. Keep reading to see why Im so excited for this and stay for the two exclusive screenshots they were kind enough to give us!

News::Postmaster Review | PixelPerfectGaming

Postmaster places you in control of your very own Post Office. Simple on the surface and casual in its approach, Postmaster is less complex than most simulations, and yet it still delivers the experience that fans of the genre crave. You begin the game with a small office space that eventually evolves into a full-fledged Post Office. But before that can happen, you must furnish your office with amenities such as vending machines and hire a full-time staff to assist with delivering mail. Your starting funds are fairly limited, so you must be picky about how you spend your money until you gain enough clientele.

PS4 Shooters Are Getting Pretty Weird

Sony has long had a gaping, Killzone-sized hole in its roster of PlayStation exclusive titles. This has left it shuffling behind arch-rival Microsoft, a company that's always seemed to have a finger of the dudebro's pulse when it comes to figuring out what people want from their shooters: Halo, Gears of War, Titanfall.

News::So there's this: Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist

Ah man! I love Honda. Not E. Honda. Just Honda. Great lawnmowers.

I also love videogame fan films. Watching them feels kind of like eating 3 pints of Ben and Jerry's in one sitting. Wrong but tasty. Guilty but satisfying.

Also, Ken's hair. [inhales deeply] Ken's hair.

I HAVE to see this series.

"One of the Steam achievements in War of the Vikings is entitled Ragnar Lothbrok, who also happens to be the fabled hero of the current TV series Vikings. One of the games upgrades is called Blood Eagle Edition, another historical factoid illuminated by the TV series. Whilst some devs would try to hide their inspiration under a veil of coincidence, it seems Fatshark seem keen to brazenly toss it in our faces."

But! Credit where credit is due, fighting with a giant, food-skewered kebab instead of a sword? That's up my alley. The rest of Senran Kagura 2: Deep Crimson? Not so much.

Anyways, you may proceed in telling me how I hate anime and am close-minded towards Japanese culture.
