News::Pokémon Keyboard Won't Catch All Your Typos
You might think this Pokemon keyboard design, which swaps out the letters with tiny pictures of Pokemon, is the least practical keyboard ever made. But hey, look at that: the name of every Pokemon used corresponds with the letters they're replacing. So if you know your Pokemon, you'll be just fine.

News::Call Of Duty's Nigeria Has More Worries Than Bullets
Call of Duty gets a lot of stick - some of it deserved - for being "stupid", but here's a neat little touch I found in Advanced Warfare's singleplayer campaign that's worth a closer look.

News::I didn't make it all the way through the Halo 2 documentary
343 and Run Studios' hour-long Halo 2: Anniversary documentary is now up on YouTube.
I enjoyed the first 20 minutes, a nostalgic look at the original game and its sequel with fun behind-the-scenes tidbits sprinkled throughout. There's an anecdote from series composer Marty O'Donnell about how he secretly got John Mayer to play guitar on the Halo 2 soundtrack. (What?)
The documentary then shifts its attention to the extensive work that's gone into Halo 2: Anniversary. That's around when I began to lose interest, but I did get a kick out of the scenes with the Foley artists (30 minutes in) and, as a huge fan of The Thing and They Live, seeing actor Keith David again. Those red glasses! Worth watching if you know your Halo well.

News::Tim Schafer Dreams Of An Open-World Grim Fandango Sequel
A sequel to Tim Schafer and co's classic skeleton noir LucasArts adventure, Grim Fandango? Be still, my non-beating heart. This is only an idea that's been kicking around in Schafer's skull for a while, but it's an exciting one nonetheless. And it's inspired by Grand Theft Auto, of all things.

News::Four Years Ago, I Watched Video Games Win
I have two stand-out Election Day video game memories. One involves Fable II. The other involves a highlight of my career: going to the Supreme Court on November 2, 2010, to see a gaming industry lawyer argue—successfully—that games deserve the protection of the First Amendment.

News::PS Plus subscribers: Don't forget to download The Binding of Issac: Rebirth
I'm seeing people hate on this month's PlayStation Plus lineup. Others, like me, are fond of it. What do you think? In both North America and Europe, we're getting:
- The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth (PS4 / PS Vita)
- SteamWorld Dig (PS4 / PS Vita)
- Frozen Synapse Prime (PS3)
- Luftrausers (PS3 / PS Vita)
- Escape Plan (PS4 / PS Vita
- The Hungry Horde (PS Vita)
Some nice games in there (I'm a huge fan of SteamWorld) but, uh, Binding of Isaac -- you're gonna want to go into seclusion and play that for the entirety of November. Bring tea.
Bonus: the European PlayStation Blog has divulged some more upcoming PS Plus games. Expect Injustice Ultimate Edition and Secret Ponchos in December, and inFamous: First Light and The Swapper in January. Also DriveClub PS Plus Edition , assuming Evolution gets its stuff together.
