News::Metro Redux Review | Warp Zoned

Warp Zoned writes: "Recently, the trend of re-releasing old games as shiny, new PlayStation 4/Xbox One versions has become the standard operating procedure for many video game publishers. Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, The Last of Us Remastered, and Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition sit alongside titles like OlliOlli, Hotline Miami, and Escape Plan as games that straddle the console generations. With Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition and Grand Theft Auto V still to come later this year, its fair to say its not a short-term trend. This time, its Deep Silvers turn to add to this big list of titles. However, give Deep Silver some credit, Metro Redux offers a lot of value with a significant amount of gameplay tweaks and graphical upgrades."

This is actually a totally free game which was been released over a year for you to get your hands on. The game? Wolfire Gamess Receiver."

News::The Sims 4 Review: You must go back before you can move forward | GameZone

GameZone: "When playing The Sims 4, its important to remember that all of those fond memories you have from The Sims 3 were a result of five years worth of work, including 11 expansion packs and 9 Stuff Packs. Thats not to say that The Sims 4 base game shouldnt be fun without all this extra content, Im just tempering expectations by reminding you that EA and Maxis likely have a long term vision that expands far beyond the launch."

Not only that, Prassel finally clears the air about all the slander that was thrown his way regarding Orion: Prelude and not being able to properly get his side of the story out (a trend that has carried over into the corrupted medias portrayal of the #GamerGate movement and the one-sided attacks its spawned from many mainstream media outlets). PlayDevil has reviewed The Sims 4 Here is a snippet: "The Sims 4 looks better than ever, with cute, rounded visuals and perky characters that amused me. The Sims is inarguably a comedy-game as much as anything else, and these cartoonish visuals help foster that fun-loving sense of goofy mischief. Being able to choose how your Sims strut was a particular high-point, and watching them lumber back and forth or bounce on their heels added to their sense of identity and personality."
