It's a modern kinetoscope. Like the one I saw titties on for a nickel at the Santa Cruz boardwalk's ancient arcade. Videos are pre-loaded onto the device and you can "download new videos, or buy USB thumb drives with preloaded videos online." The VR porn is in the $220 VR headset. Simple.
