Ubisoft have dropped a new update on popular open-world murder-fest Far Cry 5. The patch, which is live on PC right now, aims to stomp a few bugs out of the drug-filled fields of Hope County.
Firstly, the patch aims to improve co-operative play across the board, allowing for crisper connectivity and a smoother co-op experience altogether. Tweaks have been made to improve the game's voice-chat function, removing a bug that would mute players. Also gone is a weird tic that caused Hurk to blow up the client player on occasion.
The Far Cry Arcade has also been updated. PvP matchmaking should now run smoother, and maps should now download "more efficiently". Speaking of maps, not only has a bug been removed which would only display textures at their lowest setting, but random crashes when using the editor should also be ghost now.
Title Update 4 is live on PC now. The patch will be coming to PS4 and Xbox One on Monday.
