When I first showed my friend Mega Man 3 many years back, he couldn't stop laughing at how much Snake Man looked like "a guy in a snake suit." And that's kind of how I feel about this highly emotive character model for Empoleon in Pokken Tournament, as he basically just looks like a dude with Dragon Ball powers who wandered into a Pokemon pit fighting organization.
Int his bit of footage Bandai Namco shows off the water and steel master, who was only just recently announced for the arcade edition of the game. Boo, no Wii U DLC! Boo!
