All you've gotta do to unlock it is die a miserable death three times in the Arkanoid-inspired level and Mr. Destructoid will pop up. It's one of the many anti-achievements in the brutally difficult run-and-gun 2D shooter by Game Ever Studio. The game's a love letter to classic titles like Pacman, Donkey Kong, Tetris, Snow Bros -- all which are directly featured in the game's insane boss fights. The game just got a 2.0 release which includes co-op!
