News:: Xbox One S pre-Black Friday deal includes free games, controller, and more

If you didn't notice, last week Microsoft started up yet another promotion to push Xbox One S units. This has been a tried-and-true method from Microsoft, and as far as we can tell it has been strongly effective even when the holiday season is right around the corner.

Until November 12, when you buy an Xbox One S at select retailers, you'll be able to receive an additional free game of your choice based on the retailer's catalog. Certain retailers have taken a new spin on this promotion and added their own flare - making the deals even more noteworthy, particularly for people that simply can't wait until Black Friday to secure an Xbox One S.

From the batch of deals above, the most noteworthy one would be Walmart where you can pick from 3 Xbox One S bundles and receive a free game of your choice from an option of 7. You'll also receive a free Blu-ray movie from selection of 8 and finally you get to pick one extra controller. That's a crapload of stuff for just $299.

For those needing a bit more space,both the 1TB an 2TB Gears of War 4 bundle are on sale at eBay for a slight discount. If you go with the 1TB unit of Gears of War 4 bundle, you'll even receive a free copy of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare for free. That's like $10 value if you trade it in at GameStop! (Actual value may vary...)

At Microsoft Store, they are offering the free game promotion where you can choose from about 18 options in their store catalog along with a free copy of The Crew (because you know, having infinite supply of Ubisoft games to give away is kind of Microsoft's M.O. now).
