Assassins Creed Unity represents a fairly bold step for Ubisoft, leaving the shackles of the past generation hardware allows the publisher to focus on the more capable new consoles, and hopefully deliver more cinematic and immersive environments. Unity not only looks great rendered on new hardware, but plays as well as ever, and delivers a story that is easily one of the most entertaining the series has ever seen.
