XMNR: The subject of government surveillance of citizens has become a hot topic over the past year thanks to the revelations from the NSA leaks from Edward Snowden. Ubisofts Watch Dogs managed to come along at just the right time even though the game has been in development for five years. Creative Director Jonathan Morin talked a little with Examiner about the controversy around surveillance and the coincidental timing.
