Its now been officially confirmed that the next instalment to the Assassinss Creed franchise will be known as Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag. Black Flag is set in the Caribbean during the mid-late 17th century, & will be released on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, Wii U, PS4 & other next-gen consoles. Development of the game began in the summer of 2011 with pirates as their primary focus and making the game as historically accurate as possible. The game was originally set to be revealed on March 5th but various leaks lead the public to get a look at the game earlier than Ubisoft wanted.
