A recent-ish patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt added HDR support, but it also brought new issues for PlayStation 4 Pro users. As captured by YouTube user Qbon83, the update has been causing problems with the game's draw distance and foliage, leading to some rather immersion-breaking pop-in.
It's the kind of thing that can grate on you enough to put your adventure on hold.
The pop-in problem only affected certain users (namely, people running The Witcher 3 at 4K on PS4 Pro), but it was still unfortunate to see. Today, CD Projekt RED released a hotfix for those players.

I've yet to find a good before-and-after comparison, but presumably things are back in order.
