News:: Immortal Redneck, a game that's way better than it sounds, is coming to Switch

Initially turned off by the outlandish name, I really took to Immortal Redneck in the middle of 2017 when it hit Steam. It's just a dumb, fun roguelike FPS, one that hearkens back to the glory days of arena shooters with some modern twists. The developer, Crema, also did a great job of keeping the game updated throughout the year.

Now they're moving onto the process of porting the thing, and as it turns out we're getting a PS4 (with "Pro enhancements") and Xbox One edition on February 27, 2018, with a Switch version to follow in the first quarter.

Given that it's not a graphical powerhouse of a game and the "one more round" nature of the procedural roguelike setup (something you're probably tiring of hearing, but hey, it's done well here), the Switch is a perfect fit.
