Idea Factory have released the intro movie for their Hack 'n' Slash multiplayer game, the succinctly-titled Cyberdimension Neptunia: 4 Goddesses Online ahead of its release in a few months.
The video, backed by that theme-song-that-sounds-like-all-previous-theme-songs, shows series heroes Vert, Noire, Blanc and of course Nep-Nep herself, don their finest adventuring garbs and take up classes such as Thief, Mage and Enchanter for their journey into a world of their own design.
Yes, 4 Goddesses Online is a game-within-a-game, where our charming heroes of Gamindustri must log into a popular MMO in order to save its world from annihilation by the evil Demon King, and also from beta-testers and server errors. Of course I'm not joking.
Anyway, enjoy the video, it's all very sweet and innocent before spells are cast and jiggle-physics kick in. I suppose this is all part of the joke within the Neptunia universe, which keeps it's tongue firmly stuck in its cheek at all times.
Cyberdimension Neptunia: 4 Goddesses Online, already available in Japan, launches on PS4 and PC in the West this Winter.
