Move aside Wii Fit, it's time to burn calories playing whatever game we want, or even just browsing the internet. Bauhutte found a simple way to keep our bodies active while we remain stationary for hours on end: attach an exercise bike to a little desk. Brilliant!
As a hardcore gamer who works out as much as he can, I occasionally think of ways to do and this particular idea has run across my mind a few times before. However I never had the conviction to go out and buy an exercise bike. Besides, I want to build muscle and all I hear is that cardiovascular training is bad for those sick gains.
