Artist Nina Matsumoto has been drawing characters like Tracer, Genji, and Reaper in the grand tradition of costume manufacturers trying to get around pesky ol’ copyright laws. Who doesn’t love characters like “Futuristic Tea Time Cop” and “Blue Balls Zen Lover”?
