The third, five minutes. At first, I thought it was because more jerks were appearing in the always-online game as more acquired copies of the game. However, I have another theory. I believe that, as people grew more bored of The Crews missions and restless with the lack of variety, the more likely they were to enjoy a little mindless anarchy."
