Morgan Writes: 2014 was not gamings best year on any front. Several large games I had built up excitement for, ended up slipping through the cracks, by either a general sense of meh, or by the game being fundamentally broken. It happened a lot. But there were also some amazing surprisesgames that I had no awareness of beforehand and no real expectations forthat floored me. My list this year features a lot of games that I couldnt have predicted loving a year ago, and very few that I could have.
