Outcast 1.1 was released on Steam and the guys at PCGH put some CPUs to test with the redone multithreaded renderer. In Full HD, which is heavily recommended, even the i7-4770K overclocked to 4.5 GHz isn't able to achieve 30 Fps. A 5 GHz CPU would be necessary according to the estimates in the article.
