Metro: "We really have no idea where Tomb Raider stands now as a franchise. Thats not meant as a slight in anyway, but an admission of honest ignorance. The 2013 reboot sold well (although apparently not as well as Square Enix wanted) and it was a generally good game. But it bore little resemblance to the previous Tomb Raider games and still failed to give Lara Croft any discernible personality. The only thing we know about sequel Rise Of The Tomb Raider is that its a timed Xbox exclusive, planned to come out the same time as the PlayStation 4s Uncharted 4."
