IncGamers reports that Valve have updated the Dota 2 blog with more details on the Foreseer's Contract update, which is due to hit Dota 2 this week. Oracle will be joining the hero lineup alongside a Phantom Assassin Arcana, some promised bonuses for Compendium users, a "Nemesis Assassin" event, and a lot of little tweaks and additions.
