One thing that many PC gamers will attest to is the severe lack of Halo in their gaming lives (provided they game exclusively on PC). With only the original Halo: Combat Evolved and its sequel, Halo 2, available for PC, and with the upcoming release of Xbox One-exclusive Halo: The Master Chief Collection, PC gamers are sure to feel the pain within the Master Chief-less void in their lives come November 11th. Fortunately, a team of Halo fans and indie game developers have been hard at work on a particularly interesting Halo project for PC called Project Contingency - a fan-made, free-to-play, massively multiplayer online Halo video game that runs on CryEngine 3.
