XBlaze Code: Embryo is a visual novel set in the BlazBlue universe, and it's coming to North America for both PlayStation 3 and Vita on June 24. Until then, Asksys Games is hoping to whet your appetite with a demo version. That'll be hitting PSN this Tuesday.
The story is set nearly two centuries before the events of Arc System Works' fighting game franchise and follows a teenage boy on the run from all sorts of dangerous weirdos. Want to know more? Well, apparently, that would spoil the surprise. Just know that it hopes to spin a yarn that both obvious newcomers and ardent fans of the BlazBlue mythos can enjoy.
