The Forest Project is an upcoming game, running on the Unreal Engine 4, that hopes to provide therapeutic benefits to those living with dementia. An initiative of Alzheimers Australia Vic and Opaque Multimedia, the game will use virtual environments to help improve the lives of those with the disorder. The objective of The Forest Project is to improve the quality of life for people living with dementia by escaping from the monotony of their living spaces, states Opaque Multimedia Co-Founder Norman Wang.
