AMD has started sending out parcels to several reviewers hinting at the upcoming Radeon R9 290X2 Dual-Chip Hawaii based graphics card. The Top Secret parcel received by reviewers is an interesting scheme which has also been used by NVIDIA in the past during the launch of the GeForce GTX 690 graphics card.
