Earlier this week, Ubisoft registered the names BattleofHeroesGame.com and BattleofHeroesLandofImmortals.com. But it's not just domains that Ubisoft is getting. The domain registrations have been followed by trademark filings with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. On December 10, 2013, the company filed two trademarks (US Serial Numbers 86139588 and 86139580) for "Battle of Heroes Land of Immortals" covering computer games.
