Despite most people's nostalgic fondness for the LucasArts (may it rest in peace) point-and-click adventure/puzzle games of yore, you may come to the realization that people dont always love this sort of game. Or at least they find themselves enjoying some sides of it more than others. So it is with The Inner World.
