BT writes: Every time I look at the differences in Sanctum 2 to Sanctum, I see major parallels to modern role-playing games and its superior sequel: The first was a bold step into the deep pool of the unknown, and the second step could walk on water and rise above the other dazzlingly. Sanctum 2 trims the fat off the original, forgoing the perfect trap and having no real penchant for immediate danger, and saturates the meat that remains with a healthy dose of what this game needs: a serving of risk management with a side of action. With replayability high and a season pass already active on its Steam store page, I expect (probably too) much from this title, its post release content, and its sequel.
