Hell, it probably a negative influence on your personal knowledge of what invasive surgery actually entails. What it does is haphazardly simulate the thrill of ripping a man's heart out of his chest and then replace it with another one - all under the most ridiculous circumstances possible. Its a joke of a game, sure, but for once the player gets to be in on it."
