The developers at Super Awesome Hyper Dimensional Mega Team previously contributed to games like Plants vs. Zombies and Worms. This is the team's first PC and console release together.

I'm not super enthusiastic about the referential humor and nods (Jed noted a Wreck-It-Ralph sensibility), but the side-scrolling shooter mechanics and intricate art direction have me sufficiently interested.
