Twitch is making its own live broadcasts much friendlier to deaf and hearing-impaired viewers. The live streaming platform's weekly show that airs every Friday, the Kappa Theater panels and all the
TwitchCon 2016 events it's streaming later this month will
feature closed captions. Even better, Twitch won't be using speech-to-text software that could mangle sentences -- the company has hired human stenographers to type out captions on the fly.
