Tanya Valdez writes: Twitch has announced a new service, music.twitch.tv. that will open up a library of free-to-use music. Twitch broadcasters will be able to use this cleared music for both live content and associated archived video. Twitch is also experimenting with the music content creators with their new beta Music category.
