AMD R9 Series got a pretty huge price cut last week with prices of the highest end card (R9 290X) dropping from $550 to $399 and the R9 290 dropping to a mere $299. Turns out, AMD had nothing to do with these and is completely denying the price cuts. So if you are planning to buy a Radeon, now would be the time to rush out and get one before the price cut ends.
