The United States Patent and Trademark Office lists Blizzard Entertainment as the last listed owner of the Metal Arms trademark. Blizzplanet points out Metal Arms was originally developed by StarCraft: Ghost developer Swingin' Ape Studios, which Blizzard Entertainment acquired back in 2006.
