SteamFirst: I wanted to get that totally out of the way as many people are still in the assumption that this is a program used to create graphics for games. It is not. At one time it was named Indie Graphics Builder, and this name led many to assume it allowed you to create graphics for video games. It is a huge file pack of pre-created images that can be used for new, or experienced, developers of games without having to pay the costs of custom made graphics.
