VRFocus - Oculus VR has confirmed that it has sold 12.5k units of its second developer kit for the Oculus Rift virtual reality (VR) headset, named DK2, within the first 36 hours of pre-orders opening. Company founder Palmer Luckey confirmed the news to VRFocus at last nights VR Mixer event at the 2014 Game Developers Conference (GDC).
