Pixels for Breakfast writes: Nidhogg strips down competitive gameplay to its core, providing one of the most intense and addictive experiences I have ever seen. The mechanics are smart and fluid, and before long you begin to learn the intracacies of the how the game works. It would have been nice to see a little extra content in there to increase the longevity, but no doubt those who have friends over regularly will have trouble tearing their friends away from the controller.
