PixelJunk Monsters Ultimate HD (PJM in short form) is the latest in a long line of tower defence games that started out on Sonys PlayStation 3, but have now spread their wings to other platforms. Dont let the tower defence part put you off, though; as bloated as the genre is, this is one of the better franchises within it - on consoles, at least.
