Enter Divekick, a once-parody game turned serious release that has caused quite a stir in the fighting game community. By eliminating complex combos and boiling down the controls to two simple actions, Divekick aims to cast the net wide and catch as many players as it can. While a restricted roster, story mode, and depth may turn off some hardcore players, Divekick mostly succeeds in its mission to create a fighting game that breaks down any and all barriers to the accessibility of its fun and chaos. Its just a shame that there isnt more to this package.
