Capcom's upcoming next gen title Deep Down is a free-to-play title. Yeeeeeeep. Announced today at Tokyo Game Show, this PS4 game will see a public beta in February. Sony boss Shuhei Yoshida confirmed this on Twitter, and now that tweet is bouncing around the universe, falling on confused ears.
